Wow, how bright and red/pink the cone is on yours. Mine (yesterday) were much more on the orange side.

@Judy aka L@dybug: This one is sooo deteriorated Judy... perhaps that is the reason. I didn't do any processing on it either, except to sharpen. I took a look at yours and I have many the same, this one was a fluke perhaps. Thank you kindly for taking a looksee.
